Kaniyang pinansin ang tila kakulangan sa sinseridad ng magkabilang kampo upang maisaayos ang gusot na kinasasangkutan ng mga ito.
Ang pag-atras ni Iking bilang "mediator" ay kasunod ng tila pag-amin ni El Presidente Water Ludy na wala sila balak makipagayos sa grupo ng mga Reformists.

i fully understand why iking had to pull out as a mediator and peace maker. i think its time all those who have a stake in the brigade now take a stand and make their voice heard. have the balls to say whether you're black or white. there can never be a grey area.

is it necessary to give gloves to firefighters when what is more useful are bunker coats for them?
Is it necessary to spend for a lot of non-sensical expenses when there are more urgent matters to address?

ReplyDeleteGagamitin daw yang elavator /escaltor para sa mga Directors na hirap umakyat sa staircase ng Brigade. Kung wla nga talaga pera, bakit kailangan pa ang elevator/escalator kung minsan lang naman sa isang taon magmeeting ang mga director bakit pa kailangan gumastos ng ganyan? Isantabi muna natin ang LUXURY kung gipit at Common Needs muna ang i-priority.
Magkaisa naman tayo sa ikauunlad ng Brigade, hindi yung bubuo tayo ng mga paskyon at isyung politikal na magiging dahilan ng pagbagsak nito.
Mga ordinaryong bumbero ang sumasalo ng mga hakbangin na ito, sana isipin nyo rin ang kakapakanan nila, dahil sila ang dahilan kung bakit itinatag at nanatitli ang Brigade.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, bukod sa kanyang duda hindi din ba nya naikwento sayo na baka ang mga parties ay nagdududa din sa motibo, sinseridad, pamamaraan at mekanismo sa kung paano sya mamagitan sa dalawang panig.
Meron daw ba syang malinaw na win-win solusyon o road map na piniresenta sa dalawang grupo ng nagmeeting sila bukod sa kanyang pakiusap na mag drop na ng kanilang mga pending cases ang dalawang grupo unconditionally? Or kahit na pamamaraan lang kung paano makagagawa ng solusyon or road map to peace si VP? Mediator nga daw ba sya or troubles-shooter para sa grupo nyo…. at para wag maconvict si Edison chan?? Nagtatanong lang naman ang aking mga bubwit, malapit na kasi ang eleksyon gandang pogi points kung matatawag kang mediator or bringer of peace sa brigade…

Saka hindi masama na pagandahin ang bldg. ng brigade sa pamamgitan pagpagawa ng escalator/elevator sapagkat ang brigade base ay ang mukha ng asosasyon simbolo ng kanyang pagkatatatag at tibay nito,
ok para mas simple maabsorb mo, syempre maganda rin na iimprove mo ang bahay mo habang lumalaon. Meaning progressive din ang brigade di ba. Just find ways to minimize the cost and find ways to save on utilities like electricity for the escalator.
it is right to recognize, acknowledge and respect the wisdom of ages. perhaps if they learned about this acknowledgement of providing them with what you claim is a rightful recognition of their contributions to the brigade by providing them an escalator or elevator, they would honorably decline it.
ReplyDeletethey have contributed much to the brigade. perhaps they would even advise the current set of directors to go slow on spending the limited financial resource of the organization of what may be considered an unneccesary expense for them. it is a case of weighing our priorities as an organization as against capricious expenditure for a mechanical device that does not fit in the structural design of the building in the first place.

ah yes, i have a suggestion: why don't you, genuinereformist, pedalpower or wind the winch once either the escalator or elevator is installed and when our honorable elders arrive at the building to go up the second floor. that would even help you develop good bicep and tricep muscles, huh!?! good for your health too.
