In a bizarre twist on the unfolding drama at brigade, Eagle 3 and other proponents of the case seeking to nullify the recent elections of the APVFBI received a DEATH THREAT through an SMS, early Friday evening.
The text message, which reads "Wag nyo guluhin brigade. Edison Chan, we are warning your group. Baka may mangyari masama sayo. Piawsi!" was sent through phone number 0949-3533038 at half past six in the evening.
What makes the matter more intriguing is that the message was allegedly sent not only to the complainants in the case but to other APVFBI Directors and Members as well, including three Officials of the Association.
While the matter was taken lightly by the recipients, the incident was reported to the Police which referred the case to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group for forensic analysis. The assistance of the NBI will likewise be considered.
